Hello everyone, I’m Anna Iannone, a Junior UI/UX Designer based in London. I come from Italy, where I graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples in 2012. After this, I attended a private Institute where I earned two graphic and Web Design certificates whose courses further boosted my technical skills.
Next I worked as in-house Graphic & Web Designer for an advertising agency over a period of six months. My main duties regarded Brand Design, Editorial Design and Web Design.
I then started to work as a freelance designer as I won a scolarship which took me to Lisbon, where I was allocated in a well known Italian company, Ferrero, and a few more companies.
I have been working for more than a year as a digital designer in the beautiful and stimulating London. Around 6 months ago I moved to the fast growing and exciting UI/UX field, with a focus on Interaction design, as I am currently working as Junior Product designer.
My work: I love modern, plain and functional design. I like simplicity. My goals are to focus on communication, content and conveying the message that you want to send. My work combines and develops innovative visual identities, with a strong focus on functional solutions.
My skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, After Effects, Sketch, Principle, inVision. Additionally, I gained valuable work experience in designing advertising, including brochures, logos, posters, advertisements, website pages layout design and product packaging both as in-house and freelance designer.
My interests: new technologies and its development. I like exploring and learning about the innovations of the world of web 2.0. I love looking at HTML and CSS, to keep my website and blog up-to-date and to get inspiration from as many sources as I can find. I am fond of photography, classical and symphonic metal music, cooking and travelling.
Let me know what you think of my works and my blog, don’t hesitate to contact me.
